Acceptable Use Policy

What you may not do with Simvolve, including prohibited simulation content and abuse of the product.

Last updated September 4, 2026

Purpose

Simvolve is for interactive scenarios, storytelling, and exploration. This policy sits alongside the Terms of Service. We may suspend or terminate accounts that break it.

Prohibited uses

You may not use Simvolve to:

  • Violate the law or anyone’s rights.
  • Create, request, or distribute child sexual abuse material, or sexual content involving anyone 17 or under. This is strictly forbidden.
  • Plan, assist, or carry out real-world violent crime, terrorism, or the trafficking of people or illegal drugs.
  • Generate or refine malware, exploits, or instructions whose primary purpose is unauthorized access to computer systems.
  • Harass, threaten, dox, or incite abuse of a real person.
  • Upload or paste material you do not have the right to use, including others’ private data.
  • Attempt to bypass play credits, rate limits, authentication, or payment.
  • Share account credentials to evade plan limits, or scrape the service at scale.
  • Interfere with other users or with the security of the site.
  • Misrepresent AI output as professional advice or as human-authored work when that would deceive someone in a material way (for example, submitting it as an original academic assignment where that is forbidden).

Fictional scenarios

Fictional, historical, or speculative simulations are allowed when they stay within the law and this policy. Depicting crime or conflict as part of a clearly fictional or educational scenario is not the same as asking the product to help you commit a real offense. We may still refuse generations that look like real-world harm, even in fiction, when our providers or safety systems block them.

Enforcement

We may refuse a generation, throttle usage, suspend an account, or report to authorities when we reasonably believe this policy or the law has been broken. Questions or appeals: simvolve@gmail.com.
