Refunds and cancellation

How paid plans and credit packs are billed, how to cancel subscriptions, and when money is or is not refunded.

How billing works

Paid Simvolve plans are subscriptions billed through Stripe. Current prices are on the Pricing page. Pro can be billed monthly or yearly. Premium is billed monthly. You can also buy one-time credit packs instead of, or in addition to, a subscription. Free accounts and guests are not charged.

If you abandon checkout, you are not charged. A completed subscription payment activates the matching plan on your signed-in cloud account. A completed credit-pack payment adds those credits to the same account.

How to cancel

Cancel a subscription anytime from Subscription by opening the Stripe billing portal (Manage billing). Cancellation is set to take effect at the end of the current paid period. You keep the paid plan and its monthly play credits until that date. Credit packs are one-time purchases and are not managed in the subscription portal.

Deleting your cloud account also cancels an active Stripe subscription when deletion succeeds.

Refunds

Unless the law requires otherwise, subscription payments are not refunded or prorated when you cancel early, downgrade, or leave unused play credits on the account. Credit-pack payments are not refunded after the credits have been granted to the account. Play credits are not cash and cannot be redeemed for money.

If you believe you were charged in error (duplicate charge, wrong amount, or a payment after a cancellation that should already have taken effect), email simvolve@gmail.com with the account email and approximate date. We will look at the Stripe record and fix legitimate billing errors.

Where the law requires more

Some places give consumers a cooling-off period or other mandatory refund rights. Nothing in this policy limits those rights. If that applies to you, say so when you write to us so we can handle the request correctly.

Chargebacks

Please contact us before disputing a charge with your bank so we can resolve it. Unexplained chargebacks may lead to account suspension while we review the payment.
