Terms of Service

The rules for using Simvolve, including accounts, credits, paid plans, and limits on our liability.

Last updated September 4, 2026

The agreement

These terms are a contract between you and Simvolve for use of simvolve.com and related services. By creating an account, starting a simulation, or paying for a plan or credit pack, you agree to them, the Privacy Policy, Acceptable Use Policy, AI and data policy, and Refunds and cancellation.

The service

Simvolve is an AI-powered interactive simulation product. You can build scenarios, generate turns, track stats, and chat inside a simulation. Features, models, credit costs, and availability can change as we improve the product. The service is provided as-is and may be interrupted for maintenance or outages.

Accounts

  • You may play as a guest with data stored in your browser, or sign in to sync simulations to the cloud.
  • You are responsible for your password and for activity on your account.
  • One person should not share a paid account to evade plan limits.
  • We may suspend or close accounts that violate these terms or the acceptable use rules.

Play credits

Play credits meter generation on the service. They are a limited license to use Simvolve, not cash, not a stored-value account, and not a refundable balance. Monthly plan allotments typically reset on a monthly cycle. Credit packs you buy are added on top of that allotment and do not expire while your account remains. Complimentary or unlimited-credit accounts, if we grant them, remain at our discretion.

Your content

You keep rights in the prompts, scenarios, and other text you submit. You grant Simvolve a worldwide license to host, process, and transmit that content as needed to operate the service, including sending it to our AI provider. You represent that you have the rights to submit it and that it does not violate law or these terms.

AI outputs are generated automatically and may be similar to content produced for other users. We do not claim exclusive ownership of model outputs, but we also do not warrant that outputs are unique, accurate, or free of third-party rights. See the AI and data policy.

Our intellectual property

The Simvolve name, site design, templates, software, and documentation are ours or our licensors’. You may not copy the product, scrape it at scale, reverse engineer it except where the law allows, or suggest we endorse your use without permission.

Disclaimers

Simulations are for entertainment, education, and exploration. They are not professional advice (legal, medical, financial, military, or otherwise). AI-generated events, stats, and dialogue can be wrong, biased, or incomplete. You use the service at your own risk.

To the fullest extent allowed by law, the service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Simvolve is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us for the service in the three months before the claim, or ten US dollars if you have not paid. Some places do not allow these limits; in those places, our liability is limited to the maximum the law allows.

Termination

You may stop using Simvolve and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms, if we must do so for security or legal reasons, or if we shut down the product. Sections that should survive (including intellectual property, disclaimers, and liability limits) remain in effect.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms by posting a new version with a revised date. If you continue to use Simvolve after that date, the new terms apply. Questions: simvolve@gmail.com.
